CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed. Please note, we are unable to provide returns for international orders. You are welcome to return your order once received as indicated in our Return Policy. For further help please contact our Customer Care.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the current COVID-19 Global Pandemic, we will be unable to process returns on international orders for the time being. In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged items for free within 17 days of the order being placed. We are unable to accept returns after 17 days from time of order. You can contact orders@yinxapparel.com to initiate your return.

CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?

Select the gift option during the checkout process to write a personalised message that will be included with the order.

WHERE CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time once you have received a tracking number.
